I just stumpled upon Stephan Scholdra´s documentation of his bachelor report which he submitted recently to retrieve his bachelor degree. And I must commit that I´m really impressed so far!

Liebe Studierende und Lehrende,
an nahezu allen Hochschulen wird kritisch Bilanz gezogen über das Ergebnis der Reformen in den letzten Jahren (Bologna-Prozess). Auch an unserer Universität gibt es Verbesserungsbedarf: bei der Ausstattung und Betreuungssituation sowie in Fragen des Studienaufbaus und der Studienorganisation.
Aus diesem Grund möchte das Rektorat mit Studierenden und Lehrenden der Universität in einen offenen Dialog über die gegenwärtige Studiensituation und Möglichkeiten zu ihrer Verbesserung eintreten.
Als Auftakt laden wir alle Studierenden und Lehrenden zu einer Diskussionsveranstaltung
am Mittwoch, 25.11.2009 von 10 – 12 Uhr im GW 2 auf der “Kunsttreppe” (B-Trakt GW 2, Eingang vom Boulevard) ein.

The course “Eventual Design: Exploring Another Approach to Making Things That Make Things Happen” from Nathan Felde had to be canceled for personal reasons.

In half an hour I will enter my car to go to Verden. Or better said the Schullandheim Verdener Brunnen. 50 junior master, 1 senior and 10 lecturers will join (hopefully).
So here is the Agenda:
Just to make an conclusion of the last days as an junior master, new to the graduate programme. And to the University of Bremen.
Groups formed already, but, as in most of the cases, known people stick together. And as I´m a stranger to all of them I try to get in contact to the internationals. Know how hard It could be to be abroad and to get involved within a new enviroment, had also been abroad for my mandatory exchange term in Riga, Latvia.
